If You Can’t Produce a Leader You Will Go

Humans are creatures who have special physical and psychological characteristics as well as different capabilities and boundaries. Management that keeps this in mind will maintain success infinately.
Producing more output than input is management’s main task. It is possible to define resources in two categories: People and other therefore, the positive difference between input and output comes down to people.
In order for people to make a change they should steer away from mechanial approaches. Situations like people are different. Managers should respond to needs of staff working under pressure, especially in times of crisis. The days when staff were dictated to are well in the past. 
After a certain time people working in dominated environments either leave or become indifferent to those around them. People find working in an environment where there is constant shutting, dictatorship and pessimism intolerable.
A good manager is aware that investing in staff, providing a tranquil working environment and allowing each individual to feel like a consultant and therefore expressing their opinion is the keyy to success.
Thanks to the internet every member of staff is a valuble asset to the company and can provide all kinds of information at the press of a button. A company whose management hire staff that are open to developement and can are self sufficient will achieve 100% productivity. In order to achieve this it is crucial that management train their staff where necessary and listen to their suggestions in all circumstances.
Advanced management should allow staff members to achieve their goals, extend their knowledge and allow them to contribute to the company’s issues and offer support where necessary. This is only possible if you lead as opposed to manage staff. The art of leadership is something that can be developed by senior management  
A company that cannot produce leaders will never be able to carry itself into the future. In situations like this the first to go should be senior management not staff.
